The VoicePlus Threat Management solution has been specifically designed for small to medium businesses.
VoicePlus will provide a Network Probing device – the Intel NUC Barebone Kit – and integrate it with the company infrastructure to continuously scan the network raising alerts to potential isses and threats in real time.
The alert data is fed to VoicePlus’ mobile engineers who provide analysis of the threat level and a range of support services as required.
In most cases this service is provided at no cost to Telstra customers.
The cost of the Threat Management solution is able to be covered by Telstra Redemption funding and there will be no upfront cost to the customer.

VoicePlus will provide proactive monitoring of Edge and Services Network by introducing a point-of-presence device to automatically gather statistics locally and between sites.
The information gathered be reported on a day-to-day basis, but more importantly will will allow proactive preventative actions to be undertaken, the outcome of which will be a continually enhanced, secure, reliable and available ICT services for end-users.
VoicePlus provides an online portal and an automated service request process.
This allows easy access for customers to check the status of service request ticket or emailed service request. Automated tickets will proactively advise status, progress, and completion of the request.
Account Management services on both network and telecoms services infrastructure are supplied via a dedicated telephone number, as well as through online chat.
VoicePlus uses Telstra Managed Backup Solution to proactively and autonomously backup the physical servers to Telstra Cloud.
This backup regime can be setup with a custom retention period allowing automatic rolling-over of the datasets.
In advent of a server failure, either files (file-based backup) or the server (image-based backup) can be easily restored to any state within the retention period.
